How can I open my bank account online?
To open your bank account online, follow these simple steps: - By clicking on “join us” button in Albilad app or by clicking “open your account” in Albilad Net.
- Fill in the account opening form
- Authenticate the account opening request with one of the two options:
- By using Nafath Application (Face ID authentication method).
- By visiting the nearest Albilad ATM that supports fingerprint. To find the nearest fingerprint ATM follow this link, then select (ATM) from dropdown menu, then (ATM with Fingerprint), and finally click (Nearest Place).
If I don't have an Absher account, how do I authenticate my current account opening using the fingerprint ATM?- Visit the nearest Albilad ATM that supports fingerprint.To find the nearest branch, click here.
- Click on E-Services on ATM screen
- Click on Account Activation
- Enter your border number
- Enter the OTP code sent to your mobile phone
- Select which hand you will use
- Apply your fingerprint as instructed on the screen
- Your account will be authenticated successfully!
Can I open a Visitor Account in Bank Albilad before coming to Saudi Arabia?You can submit a request to open a visitor account while you are abroad by entering your email and visa number. Upon your arrival in Saudi Arabia, you can complete the account opening procedures by filling out additional information and verifying your bank account.
How can I request the printed Mada Card after I open my new account online?- Login to Albilad App or Albilad net
- Enter the code sent to your registered mobile number
- Create New PIN for Mada virtual card and click on “Set Card PIN”
- Go to “My Cards” in main menu and choose “Mada Card”
- Click on the picture of Mada virtual card
- Click on “Request Physical Mada Card”
- Click “Confirm”
The card will be issued and delivered to you within 7 business days
Once I receive my Mada card, how can I activate it?You can activate your card at the nearest Bank Albilad ATM or via Albilad Net. Just follow these steps: - Log in to Albilad Net and select Cards from the main menu. Then click on Debit Card
- Click on Activate Card and fill the required information
- Click on Confirm
- Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number
- Once activated, you’ll receive a confirmation message
Can I use the card to deposit and withdraw via self-service machines?You can use the card for cash withdrawals. Cash deposit service is not available for this type of accounts.
What are the security settings I can change in my digital account?You can recover the login data, change the username, and the security questions. You can also set and reset 4-digit PIN for operations services.
Can I have more than one (plastic / digital) card for the same account?No, you can get only one card for each account.
Can I make international transfers from my account?Business visit visa holders can benefit from international transfer services (Western Union - Enjaz Easy - Swift) through Albilad digital channels.
Can I receive international transfers?Yes, it is possible for business visit visa holders. Other visitors can only receive international transfers from their international personal accounts.
In case that I have frequent visits to Saudi Arabia, what will be the account status in case of exit and then return?The account will be frozen as soon as you leave Saudi Arabia, and it will be reactivated again automatically as soon as you enter the Saudi border. After entering Saudi Arabia, you need to visit Albilad website or Albilad app to update the visa expiration date. |
