If you are outside the Kingdom, call +966920001002, or visit the Aftersales services branches, considering the following: - Ensure there are no outstanding payments on the contract.
- Verify that the vehicle registration is valid.
- Ensure the driver’s license is valid.
- The authorized person must be a first-degree relative (parent, sibling, child, spouse) or a private driver under sponsorship.
- If the driver is not under the lessee’s sponsorship, the contract between the client and the labor leasing company must be provided.
- The authorization period is based on the client’s request, with a maximum duration of the insurance period.

- Ensure there are no outstanding payments on the contract.
- Verify that there are no traffic violations.
- Ensure there is insurance coverage for the geographical area you intend to travel to.
- Verify that the vehicle registration is valid during the travel period.
- The authorization period is based on the client’s request or the valid insurance period.
- To extend the insurance document geographically and pay the extension fees, access the insurance platform, and ensure the geographical expansion of the insurance document before issuing the authorization.
- Permitted countries: Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, Jordan.
- For non-Saudis, an exit and re-entry visa is required.

- Full contract payment is completed.
- Vehicle insurance is in the lessee’s name.
- Valid Periodic inspection.
- The vehicle registration is valid.

- No violations or service suspensions exist.

Contract transfer to Another CustomerThe primary customer has the right to transfer the contract to another customer at any time, provided there are no outstanding financial dues and all requirements are met according to the leasing finance product policy. Both customers must be present at the service center to complete the required procedures. To apply for the service, please visit the aftersales services branches.

Contract TerminationTo submit a request, please visit the Aftersales services branches, considering the following: - Settle any overdue installments, if any.
- Visit one of Albilad Bank’s post-sale service branches to submit the request and sign the form.
- Pay all delayed payments for the contract, violations and any additional mileage used according.

Request to Rescheduling balloon paymentTo submit a request to schedule the final payment, please access the Albilad Net website or visit the Aftersales services branches, considering the following: - The remaining period until the due date of the final payment should be 30 days.

Contract Termination Due to Manufacturing DefectTo terminate the contract due to a manufacturing defect, please visit one of Aftersales services branches, considering the following: - Bring a letter from the dealership indicating a defect in the car.
- Deliver the car to the dealership and provide proof of the dealership receiving the car.
- Settle any due installments before delivering the car.
- Fill out the forms to cancel the contract.

Ownership Transfer to Another Party After PaymentTo submit a request, please visit the Aftersales services branches, considering the following: - Fill out the transfer forms.
- Ensure the full contract payment is completed.
- Obtain vehicle insurance in the customer name.

Request to Change Vehicle PlateTo submit a request to change vehicle plates, please call Albilad Bank at 8001230000 or visit Aftersales services branches, considering the following: - Changing the plate design with or without a special logo or Replacing damaged plates:
- Pay government fees.

- Handing over the old plate to the service provider (shipment courier) before receiving the new plate
