General Instructions
- When you get a new car, you must:
- Verify car data on the Traffic License (Form);
- Visit the Bank Website to print the Insurance Policy;
- Visit any of the after-sales service branches, Bank Albilad phone within the Kingdom: 8001230000,Outside the Kingdom: 00966920001002 or use AlBilad Net to obtain the contract number and payment number;
- Renew the Driving License if expired; and
- Pay on time to maintain the credit record.

Internal Authorisation Application for other drivers
To submit an Internal Authorisation Application for other drivers, please call Bank Albilad phone within the Kingdom: 8001230000,Outside the Kingdom: 00966920001002 or visit an after-sales service branch for lease financing, subject to the following: - No arrears on the contract or any other contracts;
- The Traffic License must be valid;
- A valid Driving License is a must;
- If the delegate is less than 21 years, the Customer will pay the maximum deductible amount (in case of accidents, Allah forbid);
- The delegate must be a first-degree relative (parent - brother - sister - son) or a (driver residing under sponsorship);
- If the driver is not sponsored by the lessee, a No-Objection Letter issued by the sponsor must be submitted, provided that such letter is certified by the employer of the government employee or the Chamber of Commerce for private-sector employees; and
- The Authorisation is valid for 6 months.

International Authorisation Application
To submit an International Authorisation Application, please call Bank Albilad phone within the Kingdom: 8001230000,Outside the Kingdom: 00966920001002 or visit an after-sales service branch for lease financing, subject to the following: - No arrears on the contract or any other contracts;
- No traffic violations;
- The Applicant must provide insurance coverage for the geographical area to which he wishes to travel;
- The Form must be valid during the travel period;
- The Authorisation is valid for 6 months;
- The Customer must go to the approved insurance office to extend the insurance policy geographically, pay the extension fees, and ensure that the insurance policy has been geographically extended before issuing the Authorisation;
- Allowed countries (The GCC States, Jordan, Egypt);
- The Non-Saudi Applicant must submit a letter issued by the respective employer, certified by the Chamber of Commerce, stating that the customer is granted permission outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and indicating the exit and re-entry visa number and expiry date, or the exit and re-entry visa; and
- The validity period of the car Driving License and Traffic License, and the exit and re-entry visa must cover the travel period for Non-Saudi customers.

Traffic License Renewal

- The government fees must be paid.

Transfer

- The Applicant must obtain an insurance policy for the car under the lessee name; and
- The Applicant must perform periodic inspections.

Contract Annulment
To submit a Contract Annulment Application, please call Bank Albilad phone within the Kingdom: 8001230000,Outside the Kingdom: 00966920001002 or visit an after-sales service branch for lease financing, subject to the following: - Late instalments, if any, must be paid;
- A report issued by the agency on the car condition must be submitted;
- The Applicant must visit any of the after-sales services branches of Bank Albilad to submit the Application and sign the Form; and
- The Applicant must pay all costs related to contract violations (penalties), and any increase in additional miles used in accordance with the contract.

Final Payment Schedule Application
To submit a Final Payment Schedule Application, please callBank Albilad phone within the Kingdom: 8001230000,Outside the Kingdom: 00966920001002 or visit an after-sales service branch for lease financing, subject to the following: - The Application must be submitted 30 days prior to the final payment due date;
- No arrears during the financing period;
- An updated salary slip must be submitted; and
- Final Payment Schedule Application shall be submitted by visiting one of the Bank branches.

Government Departments Referral Application

- The referral government entity must be determined based on a given reason.

Contract Termination due to a Manufacturing Defect
The Applicant must visit an after-sales services branch in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to the following: - A letter issued by the agency stating that the car is defective must be provided;
- The car must be handed over to the agency and the supporting document must be provided; and
- Due instalments must be paid before delivery of the car.

Transfer Application after payment
The Applicant must visit an after-sales services branch, subject to the following: - Two witnesses must be brought, and
- The assignee must attend.

Spare Key Application
A spare key can be requested by visiting any of the after-sales service branches.
