Now Bank Albilad provides financing the annual insurance premiums due on Micro ,Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs’) factories and workshops that cover the insurance of buildings, machinery, and equipment.

Features

  • Higher financing limit:
    • Max. Limit per client is SAR 6 M.
    • Min. Limit per client is SAR 200 K.
  • Financing tenor: is up to 12 months .
  • Repayment on Monthly Equally Installments.

Terms & Conditions

  • Bank Statement of last 12 months showing monthly transactions.
  • The client’s experience should be at least one year .

​Required Documents

  •  Identification documents:
    • A copy of the commercial register 
    • Copy of the partners' IDs
    • A copy of the companies’ Article of Association and its amendments, if any, plus copy of the licenses.
  • Fill and sign SIMAH declaration.
  •  Request letter for the product from the company .
